- 1⁄2 oz Velvet Falernum
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Orgeat syrup
- 1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz Pear juice
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
