- 1⁄2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Aperol Aperitivo
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Honey & ginger syrup
- 5 unit Mint leaves
- Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
