Tarragon Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Monkey 47 gin
- 1⁄4 cupful Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar
- 1⁄4 cupful Chilled water
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 6 cube Ice cubes
- 5 sprig Fresh tarragon
- 1 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
