- 2⁄3 oz Passion fruit purée
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Elderflower syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) Baijiu
- 2⁄3 oz Pago Pineapple
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
