- 1 1⁄2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 1⁄2 oz Montelobos Mezcal Joven
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Coconut Syrup
- 1⁄8 oz Olive brine
- 1 oz Egg white
- 3 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
