Ingredients
- 2 oz Powers Gold Label Irish Whiskey
- 1 2⁄3 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 2 leaf Basil leaves
- 1 barspoon Disaronno amaretto
- 0.01 oz Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
- 3 oz Green tea
- 1 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
- 3⁄4 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 3⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄2 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 2 sprig Coriander/Cilantro leaves

Glassware:
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
