- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
