- 1 oz Lady Grey tea
- 1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
- 2 barspoon Apricot jam
- 1 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1 pinch Salt
