Summer Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Aperol Aperitivo
- 2⁄3 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Monin Elderflower syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
Method
Glass:
Serve in a Large wine glass
How to make:
1.prepare 1slice of orange and1mint spring for garnish 2.put mint leaves in to the cup 3.pour liquors,juice,syrup and splash soda 4.add crushed ice in to the cup,briefly stir. 5.put orange slice into the cup fill with more crushed ice 6.put mint springs on top then put 2 straws through the mint springs.
