- 5⁄6 oz Enosis Mastiha liqueur
- 0.42 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
- 2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1 fresh Egg white
