Wicklow Rose
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Glendalough Rose Gin
- 1⁄3 oz Chambord liqueur
- 5⁄6 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Raspberry & cardamom syrup
- Top up with Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- 2 drop Rose water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
