Cherry Sour
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie
- ¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- ½ oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
- 1 oz Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ⅔ oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
