- 3⁄4 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
- 1⁄4 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'simple'
- 3⁄4 oz Milk
