Naked & Infamous
Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 2⁄3 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 2⁄3 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
- 2⁄3 oz Apple juice/apple cider
- 1⁄3 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
- 1⁄3 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Method:
- Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.

The lovechild of Douglas Ankrah's Pornstar Martini and Joaquín Simó's Naked & Famous. Fresh ripe (yet still a little tart) passion fruit sits alongside mezcal to jointly anchor this fruity, yet balanced, cocktail.
