Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Aperol Aperitivo; ½ oz Hayman's London Dry Gin; ¾ oz Lemon juice; ½ oz Sugar syrup 'simple'; 1 oz Egg white; 1 oz Orange Bitters by Angostura
