Passepartout
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 fresh Passion fruit
- 1 1⁄2 oz Cachaça
- 1⁄2 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Verjuice
- 2⁄3 oz Pineapple juice
- 6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters

Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop flesh from one half into shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
