- 1 oz Suze gentian liqueur
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 4 drop Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
