- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄6 oz Ginger juice
- 1⁄3 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Brown Cane Sugar Syrup
