- 1 oz Ardbeg 5 Year Old Wee Beastie
- 1 oz Monkey Shoulder whisky
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz Maple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 fresh Egg white
