Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Lavender sugar syrup
- 1 1⁄2 dried Kaffir lime leaf
- 2⁄3 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
