- 3⁄4 oz Goslings Black Seal rum
- 3⁄4 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glass:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
How to make:
1 - pre-chill an old-fashioned glass 2 - shake all ingredients with ice 3 - strain on to fresh ice in glass 4 - garnish with Maraschino cherry
