Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Sling glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
Method:
- Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish:
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
- Serve with a straw.
Review:
A rum-based Major Bailey charged with a full shot of pineapple juice and triple sec. Beware, this cocktail packs a three-shot punch.
