Pear Drop
Ingredients
- 1 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
- 1 1⁄3 oz Poire William eau-de-vie
- 1 1⁄3 oz Stolichnaya Elit
- 1 1⁄3 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Cognac
- 1⁄3 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Ginger cordial
- 3⁄4 oz Pear juice
- 1⁄3 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pear wedge &/or pear drop hard candy.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with pear wedge on rim &/or serve with pear drop hard candy.
