Dried Meadow Flower
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
- 5⁄6 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Gentian liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (& ideally a bouquet of edible flowers).
Method:
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lemon wheel (& preferably a bouquet of edible flowers).
