History:

Adapted from a recipe created by the team at Employees Only in New York City, USA. This cocktail is named after the yellow jacket wasps that are attracted to agave being processed in Mexican distilleries during the production of tequila and mezcal.

Review:

A slightly sweet tequila-laced after-dinner/late night sipper with rich herbal liqueur and elderflower liqueur. Looks like the kind of cocktail that should be stirred but it's better shaken.
