Frisco Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
- 1⁄2 oz Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie
- 1⁄2 oz Spiced Pear liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lime wedge (submerged).

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2025 by J. E. Clapham of Clapham Cocktails. Mr Clapham says, "The name refers to the Pisco Sour which travelled with Peruvians to San Francisco where, for a time, it rivalled the popularity of Pisco Punch."
