Ingredients: 1 2⁄3 oz Everleaf Marine Non-Alcoholic Aperitif; 1⁄2 oz Lime juice; 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'; 10 fresh Mint leaves; 5⁄6 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

Serve in a Collins glass

Method:

POUR first 4 ingredients into glass half filled with crushed ice. Churn with a spoon to mix ingredients and bruise the mint leaves. Fill glass with more crushed ice and top with soda.
