Pineapple Head
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Absolut Nights Smoky Piña
- 1 1⁄2 oz Charred pineapple & chili flavoured vodka
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄12 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
