Strawberry Roan
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz WhistlePig 10yo Straight Rye Whisky
- 1⁄3 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 3 oz Strawberry soda chilled
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of strawberry with mint sprig tip.
Method:
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
Garnish:
- Garnish with strawberry with mint sprig tip leaves.
