Don Pone
Ingredients
- 1⁄12 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 oz Cognac
- 1⁄2 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Ginger liqueur
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger and grated dark chocolate.
Method:
- RINSE glass with maraschino liqueur (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- STIR other ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into maraschino rinsed glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger and dust with grated dark chocolate.
