- 1⁄2 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar
- 1⁄24 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
- 1⁄24 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Egg yolk
- 2 oz Double cream / heavy cream
