- 1⁄3 oz Egg yolk
- 1⁄2 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar
- 1⁄24 oz Ferrand Orange Curaçao
- 1⁄24 oz Anisette liqueur
- 1⁄24 oz Giffard Parfait Amour liqueur
- 1⁄24 oz Crème de noyau liqueur
- 3 oz Double cream / heavy cream
