Pear Sidecar
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Cognac
- 5⁄6 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with orange juice and dip into sugar).
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
