Pepper & Vanilla
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
- 3⁄4 oz Absolut Peppar Vodka
- 1⁄2 oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
- 1⁄2 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz Yellow bell pepper juice
- 1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of yellow pepper slice.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with strip of yellow bell pepper.

History:
Created in 2002 by yours truly and originally somewhat dodgily named Pepper & Vanilla'tini. Incidentally, Pieprz i wanilia (which translates as Pepper and Vanilla) was a popular Polish television programme broadcast by TVP. This travel documentary series was broadcast for over 20 years with 300 episodes.
Review:
Vanilla and pepper seem to complement each other in a sweet and sour kind of way.
