Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 oz Cognac
- 1⁄2 oz Light gold rum
- 1 barspoon Apricot jam
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange slice & mint sprig.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
