Fireplace Fashioned
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
- 4 oz Chilled water
- 1 2⁄3 oz Cognac
- 1⁄3 oz Honey sugar syrup
- 1⁄6 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and rosemary sprig.
Method:
- POUR whisky and water into ice-filled glass and set aside.
- Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass and STRAIN stirred cocktail into the chilled whisky washed glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
