Nobile Cocktail
Ingredients
- 8 fresh Raspberries
- 2⁄3 oz Tito's Vodka
- 2⁄3 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
- 1⁄3 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 oz Orange juice
- 2 oz Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon

Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients (all but bitter lemon), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with bitter lemon and lightly stir.
Review:
Fruity but not sweet, with drying bitter lemon. This is a refreshing, low alcohol, aperitif style summery cocktail.
