Ingredients: 1 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin; 1 oz Becherovka liqueur; 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice; 1⁄4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur; 8 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters; 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional

Method

Glassware:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created by Sother Teague and featured in his 2018 book, I'm Just Here for the Drinks. Sother's original recipe is based on 30ml (1oz) of Monkey 47 gin and rather than ginger bitters, calls for "2 dashes 18.21 Ginger Lemon Tincture."
