Uncle Vanya
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Tito's Vodka
- 2⁄3 oz Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur
- 2⁄3 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄2 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

Glassware:
Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Simple but great - smooth, sweet 'n' sour blackberry, although possibly a tad on the sweet side for some.
