- 1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- 1 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
- 1⁄6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'

- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge .
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
