Virgin Passion
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 fresh Passion fruit
- 2 oz Apple juice/apple cider
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup

Serve in a Coupe glass
Method:
SCOOP the seeds and flesh of passion fruit into base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
History:
Created August 2018 by Søren Bøgh Brier, a keen Danish home bartender, "as a sort of compensation" for his wife who'd missed out on cocktails while pregnant.
Review:
Inspired by the Porn Star Martini, this alcohol-free cocktail, which bursts with fruitiness, is balanced rather than sweet.
