Pink Passion Martini
Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 1 1⁄3 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1 1⁄3 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Lime juice
Method

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of float half a fresh passion fruit boat.
Method:
- Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
- SCOOP out the seeds and flesh from 2 of the passion fruit halves into your shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with one of the remaining passion fruit halves floated on surface.
Review:
It's pink, passion fruit flavoured, and surprisingly dry. Fruity doesn't always mean sweet.
