- 2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄3 oz Monin Caramel syrup
- 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 6 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Caramac Bar.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with Segment of Caramac Bar.
