History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Daniel Seehuusen at Park in Göteborg, Sweden. He named this cocktail after the three original ingredients: Suze, first presented at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1889; Cointreau from Angers; and Eau de Vie de Poire from Normandy, which, when plotted on a map, form a triangle.
Review:
A bite-sized bittersweet aperitif-style cocktail.
