O' Flower Highball
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄3 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 2 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist & mint sprig bouquet.
Method:
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
