Mist & Mysterious
Ingredients
- 1 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
- 5⁄6 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄2 oz Gentian liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (dehydrated).
Method:
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
Garnish:
- Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
