Misty Auld Fashioned
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 2⁄3 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
- 1⁄6 oz Lemon juice
- 8 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare atomizer of peated whisky.
Method:
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish:
- MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky.
