- 1 2⁄3 oz Everleaf Forest Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
- 1 2⁄3 oz Exprè Caffè Italiano
- 1⁄2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
Method
Glass:

Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
Method:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
