Punch & Judy
Ingredients
- 6 fresh Mint leaves
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1⁄2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1⁄2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1⁄2 oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
- 1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz Orange juice
- 1⁄2 oz Agave syrup
- 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Method
Glassware:
Serve in a Collins glass
Method:
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime wheel & dust with grated nutmeg.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
