Golden Mac
Ingredients
- 2 slice Fresh ginger root
- 2 barspoon Honey
- 2 oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
- 1⁄4 oz Hazelnut liqueur
- 1⁄4 oz Butterscotch liqueur
Method
Glassware:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method:
- MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- Add honey and whisky and STIR until honey dissolves.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
